Port Hope sits on Lake Ontario at the edge of Northumberland County — about an hour east of Toronto and a short drive from the Kawarthas. It’s known for its walkable heritage downtown, well-preserved Victorian architecture, and a genuine arts and culture scene. The Ganaraska River runs right through town.

It’s a small city with real character. If you’re looking here, you’re probably coming from the GTA or Durham Region and want more space, a slower pace, and better value per square foot. That’s a conversation I know well.
